Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Gymnastics Teacher/Coach to inspire and develop athletes of all ages and skill levels. In this role, you will lead engaging gymnastics classes, and foster a safe, positive environment that promotes physical fitness and confidence. Duties
- Design and deliver dynamic gymnastics lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels, ensuring safety and progression.
- Coach gymnastics teams for competitions, providing technical guidance, motivation, and performance feedback.
- Monitor participants’ progress, adjusting training plans to meet individual goals and developmental needs.
- Enforce safety protocols by supervising equipment use, conducting safety checks, and maintaining a secure environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and upcoming events.
- Lead warm-up routines, stretching exercises, and skill drills that promote proper technique and injury prevention.
- Maintain equipment standards by inspecting gear regularly and organizing training spaces efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience working as a coach teaching recreational gymnasts and tumblers.
- Experience working with diverse age groups and ability to motivate students of varying skill levels.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism while fostering a fun, inclusive environment that encourages growth and teamwork.
