Sandy's is a locally operated chain of convenience stores serving communities throughout Pennsylvania. We offer fresh grab-and-go foods, coffee, beverages, fuel services, PA Lottery, Skills Games, and more.
We're looking for a friendly, dependable Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Cresson. This position includes both convenience store and Subway responsibilities, providing a variety of tasks throughout each shift and opportunities to learn new skills.

What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Prepare Subway sandwiches and food items according to company standards
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- Assist customers with product selection and store services
- Handle cash and balance transactions responsibly
- Help keep inventory levels stocked and sales floor well merchandised
What We're Looking For

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
- Retail, food service, or customer service experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right candidate
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation to and from work
