Sinner’s Seafood & Steakhouse is currently hiring Host/Hostess to join our team for immediate hire. We are looking for people that are high energy and good with customer service. We look for employees that work well with a team and have a positive attitude.

Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a restaurant preferably steakhouse experience
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and all work areas
- Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards
- Safe food handling procedures
- Follows all opening and closing procedures
- Positive attitude, reliable and punctual
- Ability to maintain professionalism
- Menu knowledge and the ability to adapt to change
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities include:
- As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their designated table with menus
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner
- Manage waitlist & all customers waiting for their table
- Answer all incoming calls & walk-in customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Host Station and waiting area
- Assist with other duties as assigned
