Ballistic Raider Roofing is looking for motivated, hungry, entry-level sales reps who want to learn how to make real money in roofing sales.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk job. This is for someone who wants to get outside, talk to homeowners, build confidence, and learn how to create their own income. No roofing experience is required. We are looking for people with energy, drive, and the willingness to be coached.
You will be trained to identify storm damage, speak with homeowners, set inspections, and help customers understand the insurance restoration process. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start in sales, build real-world business skills, and grow into a higher-paying role.
What You’ll Do
- Knock doors and speak with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods
- Set roof inspections for potential storm damage
- Help homeowners understand the next steps after hail or wind damage
- Follow up with leads and keep track of customer information
- Attend team meetings and sales training
- Work with experienced reps and leadership to improve your sales skills
- Represent Ballistic Raider Roofing with professionalism, confidence, and hustle
