Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation, safety, and appearance of our facilities. You will be responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and executing repairs across a variety of building systems.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, repair building mechanical systems
- Maintain and repair electrical controls and plumbing systems
- Installs, maintains and repairs equipment
- Maintains and repair building facilities
- Maintains Pool facilities
- Works closely with third party building team (Cleaners)
- Contract & supervise outside vendors when required
- Maintain required permits, certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Conduct regular inspections of all Club House systems and equipment.
- Respond to emergency maintenance situations promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
· Two (2) years of experience in general maintenance and repair work: carpentry, electricity, painting, plumbing
· Ability to pass a background check in accordance with state and/or Federal laws.
· Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.
· Basic understanding of HVAC systems, operation, and maintenance requirements.
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and efficiently
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
