We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Asphalt Foreman to lead the Crew and oversee and coordinate asphalt paving projects from start to finish. This vital role involves leading a skilled team of workers, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every project. As the leader of the crew, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, adhering to project schedules, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Responsiblities
- Lead and supervise asphalt paving crews, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Coordinate schedules, equipment, and daily operations with the owner to establish daily work plans and objectives.

Monitor and oversee the preparation of job sites, including layout, grading, surface preparation, and safety.
Requirements
- Equipment Experience: Paver, Roller, Skid Steer, Etc.

Strong management skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a safety-first environment.
