We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring that products are stocked and readily available for purchase.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.

- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Utilize effective communication skills to upsell products and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Process transactions accurately at the register while ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while understanding customer needs.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
- A proactive approach to stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness.
