Duties
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods along designated routes, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
- Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while maintaining accuracy in deliveries
- Engage with customers professionally, providing exceptional service and answering questions about products or services
- Upsell additional items or services where appropriate to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle heavy lifting of merchandise with proper technique to ensure safety and efficiency during loading and unloading
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including receipts, invoices, and route logs
- Organize merchandise on delivery vehicles for optimal space utilization and ease of access during deliveries
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving preferred
- Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations and transaction processing
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions
- Organizational skills to manage delivery schedules and paperwork effectively
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus; familiarity with merchandising is beneficial
- Prior military experience is advantageous for discipline, route planning, and operational efficiency
- Knowledge of route driving strategies and traffic regulations to ensure timely deliveries

Pay: $28.11 - $30.04 per hour
