- Lead, train, and hold accountable a team of outside sales consultants
- Run weekly training: roleplay, scripting, objection handling, follow-up systems
- Ride along with reps to coach in real time and help them close deals
- Maintain scorecards/KPIs and enforce the process (activity + results)
- Improve sales systems and consistency across the team
- Recruit, interview, and help onboard new reps (protect culture, raise the bar)
- Partner with Ops/Estimating for clean handoffs and above-average customer experience
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience managing an outside/in-home sales team (home services preferred)
- You’ve been part of a company operating at a higher level than we are—and can bring those standards here (must have managed a sales team with at least a $20M rev year)
- Strong coach + strong backbone: you care about people and you don’t avoid hard conversations
- Reliable, high-integrity, and service-minded (servant heart, not ego-driven)
- Comfortable with performance management and building a winning culture
