Job duties include working with young teens and adults enrolled in our organization's clinical services. Will work closely with the individual's clinical team leader to implement the treatment process with the young person and their family. Must have personal experience as a child/teen ("I have lived experience") in personally receiving mental health services or child welfare and be able to appropriately disclose and share that experience with young adults, ages 10–21, in order to foster hope, build resiliency, and develop self-advocacy skills that will empower them to achieve their goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED/high school equivalency certificate
- Valid driver’s license and be 21 with an insurable driving record to meet driving insurability requirements.
- Must have personal experience with mental health that occurred prior to your 21st birthday.
- Social security card
- Knowledge of computer software and programs, Word, Outlook and type 40+ wpm.
- Employment requires a 5 day paid orientation held in Marion County, AL, Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4p.
Pay Rate: Will be discussed during the interview.
Schedule: Monday-Friday; the schedule will be discussed at the interview.
