Position Summary
DNA Wellness and Longevity Institute is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for functional and integrative medicine, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), regenerative medicine, medical weight loss, and aesthetic medicine. The ideal candidate is compassionate, highly organized, patient-focused, and experienced in collaborating with providers to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Current Florida Registered Nurse license in good standing.
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in functional medicine, hormone optimization, and
aesthetics preferred.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Excellent IV, venipuncture, and injection skills.
Knowledge of EMR systems (Aesthetic Record experience preferred).
Outstanding communication and patient education skills.

Functional medicine and lifestyle counseling
Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (pellets, injections, creams, troches/RDTs,
transdermals)
Women's and men's hormone optimization
Perimenopause, menopause, and andropause management
Medical weight loss (GLP-1/GIP therapies)
Peptide therapy education and monitoring
Micronutrient optimization and nutritional supplementation
DUTCH hormone testing interpretation support
Advanced laboratory review and patient follow-up
IV vitamin infusion therapy
Aesthetic injectables support (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, fillers)
PRP/PRF, microneedling, regenerative procedures
Skin care consultations and treatment planning
Patient education and long-term wellness coaching
Primary Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient intake, vitals, assessments, and documentation.
Coordinate functional medicine and hormone follow-up visits.
Review laboratory results with providers and prepare patient education.
Administer medications, injections, IV therapies, and hormone treatments as delegated.
Educate patients on nutrition, supplements, exercise, sleep, and lifestyle medicine.
Monitor patients receiving GLP-1 medications, BHRT, peptide therapy, and IV
treatments.
Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing.
Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
Assist with aesthetic consultations and procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain inventory.
Coordinate referrals, follow-up appointments, and patient communications.
Provide exceptional concierge-level customer service.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
