As an Project Manager II within Information Technology, you’ll interact with internal and external stakeholders to successfully complete projects that create value for our customers and drive NFI’s strategy forward. This role serves as an ambassador for established project management methodologies and tools, and facilitates professional development of cross-functional resources.

Manages and oversees the planning and implementation of multiple, concurrent projects of varying scope and complexity.
- Assumes overall project ownership throughout the entire project management lifecycle, from project charter through to post-go-live support.
- Leads cross-functional teams through all project phases, effectively managing technical and non-technical resources without a direct line of report.
- Works closely with stakeholders, sponsors, subject matter experts, and vendors to define the project scope, building consensus with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Creates and maintains thorough project plans and artifacts that define major milestones, tasks, resources, risks, and impact.

Participates in project health checks and go-live readiness checks

Participates in the development and maintenance of standardized project management policies, procedures, practices, and templates.

Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, better practices, and integrating of new technologies and methodologies into our environment.

Participates in the design, development and delivery of formal and informal training/coaching of IT resources performing project management on standard project management methodology and other skills required to successfully manage a project; conducts surveys to measure and quantify the improvements made as a result.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the role and determined by management.

BA/BS degree strongly preferred, will consider comparable work experience

4-6 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project (preferred)
We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $96,463.38 - $128,617.84. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
