Customer Service Representative Details:
-
Temporary position
-
$20.00 /hour
-
Full Time work available
-
Weekend work required
-
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm)
-
Answer a high volume of customer calls and emails professionally
-
Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems
-
Process billing, invoices, delivery receipts, and payment adjustments
-
Coordinate daily pickups and delivery schedules
-
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and account issues
-
Support dispatch operations and logistics coordination
-
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED Minimum
-
6 months of customer service experience
-
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
-
Excellent verbal and written communication
-
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
-
Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
-
Flexible to work overtime or schedule changes as business needs require
-
Preferred-Experience using AS400 or similar warehouse/ERP software
