Full Time W2 in Northern VA (Contingent)
Minimum/General Experience
At least five years of experience in technical writing and briefing presentations in support program management, engineering and information technology projects for DoD/DON acquisition programs.
Functional Responsibility
Position Description/Tasks to be Performed:
Technical Writer Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable. Work is performed under general supervision.
- Provide technical support to the PMW 240 PDG
- Provide technical expertise in the preparation and update of briefings, technical materials, analyses and studies
- Help prepare other acquisition support materials such as Milestone Decisions Reviews, In-Process Reviews (IPRs), Program Decisions, Management Briefings, and Working Group documentation
- Coordinate and develop briefing materials with other functional area support personnel as required

- Must be a United States Citizen
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited program.
