Traveling Superintendent – Industrial Construction
Seeking experienced Superintendents and Senior Superintendents to lead field execution for leading national General Contractors delivering complex industrial facilities across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-scope construction from sitework and foundations through structure, envelope, MEP systems, equipment installation, and turnover.
- Lead subcontractors, safety, scheduling, manpower, logistics, quality, and daily field coordination.
- Drive project sequencing, inspections, commissioning, closeout, and recovery planning.
- Coordinate closely with owners, project management, design teams, and trade partners.
Qualifications:
- 5+ , 10+ , years of Superintendent or Sr Superintendent experience working for a General Contractor.
- Ground-up experience across industrial, manufacturing, processing, logistics, or large-scale warehouse projects.
- Strong background with tilt-wall, precast concrete, structural steel, and complex MEP coordination.
- Open to nationwide travel based on project assignments.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
