Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Front of House Team Members. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibility will be to create a positive dining experience by engaging with customers, taking orders, and assisting with various front-of-house operations.
Duties
FOH
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when needed.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining tables and service stations.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and timely service.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy shifts.
BOH
- Cook Experience (at least 1 year)
- Great people who are humble, hungry and smart.
- Ability to work weekends and late night. We do have day shifts as well but primarily will need nights, late nights and weekends.
- People who love people and work well with others.
- People who work well in a fast pace environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
