Shift: Days 7am-noon (can be flexible)
Summary:
Individual will provide residents with a calm, clean, comfortable environment for bathing and will bathe residents per daily schedule. The individual will observe and report any unusual symptoms or conditions to the charge nurse and or administration. The bathing experience for each resident will foster self respect and a feeling of worth by consistent understanding and kindness.
Essential Duties:
Responsible in helping assist each resident with clean clothing
Responsible in giving thorough baths to each resident as scheduled.
Clean and cut resident nails (except diabetic residents).
Be alert to document and report any unusual conditions requiring attention to the charge nurse or administration.
Recording vital signs per residents. Be consistent with weighing to maintain accurate reading. Document and monitor.
Clean whirlpool between each resident per policy and procedure.
Clean and disinfect whirlpool chair, whirlpool, and floor at end of shift per policy and procedure.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
