Associate Attorney - Plaintiff PI
Established (25+ years) National Civil Rights & Injury Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Plaintiff PI in Washington, D.C.
An established and nationally recognized plaintiffs' firm with over 25 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience to join their Washington, D.C. team. This Attorney will support a high-impact litigation practice focused on representing injured individuals and their families in complex personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
Offer:
Salary range: $110,000-$140,000+ depending on experience
Performance-based bonus potential

Qualifications:
2-5+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation
Experience drafting and responding to discovery, taking depositions, and preparing demands
Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Barred in at least two of the following: D.C., Maryland, and Virginia
Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environment
Responsibilities:
Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through litigation
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement demands
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and medical providers
Conduct depositions and appear in court on pretrial matters
Collaborate with senior trial attorneys on litigation and case strategy
