Responsibilities
- Lead lively and well-structured dance classes in Hip-hop, K-pop, heels, and other styles tailored to different age groups and skill levels
- Develop engaging curriculum plans that incorporate current dance trends and techniques
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student participation and confidence
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring safety and respectful behavior at all times
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their technique and performance
- Adapt lessons to accommodate various learning styles and special needs when necessary
- Capture memorable moments through photography or video to showcase student progress and class highlights
Skills
- Strong background in dancing styles such as Hip-hop, K-pop, heels, ballet, theater dance, or similar disciplines
- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning for different age groups and skill levels
- Excellent teaching abilities with a focus on classroom management and student engagement
- Knowledge of working with children, early childhood education, preschool experience, or adult education preferred
- Ability to manage behavior effectively while fostering a fun learning environment
- Familiarity with photography or videography to document class activities and student achievements
- Prior classroom experience or working with students in educational settings enhances your suitability for this role
