We are seeking a strong, proactive, and highly organized General Manager / Operational CEO to lead daily operations, strengthen internal systems, support team growth, and help scale the company to the next level.
Position Summary
The General Manager / Operational CEO will oversee the agency’s day-to-day operations, team leadership, process implementation, and performance management.
This role is ideal for a leader who can balance:

The ideal candidate is hands-on, results-driven, emotionally intelligent, and capable of leading a bilingual team in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management
- Lead and supervise sales, customer service, and operations teams.
- Develop accountability, communication, and performance culture.
- Conduct team meetings and leadership follow-ups.
- Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and employee development.
- Resolve team conflicts professionally and effectively.
- Monitor team productivity and performance metrics.
Operations & Process Management
- Improve operational workflows and internal processes.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
- Oversee daily reporting and operational tracking.
- Optimize customer experience and response times.
- Help implement and manage agency systems and technology platforms.
Business Growth & Performance
- Support sales growth and client retention strategies.
- Track KPIs and operational goals.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and expansion.
- Analyze reports, performance metrics, and business trends.
- Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership and operations management experience.
- Experience managing teams in insurance, financial services, or high-volume service businesses preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience implementing systems, processes, and accountability structures.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Independent insurance agency experience is a plus.
