Overview
We are a well-established countertop fabrication and installation company seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing team. This is a full-time position for someone who has experience in the countertop industry and understands the unique requirements of residential and commercial stone projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, managing projects from initial bid through final installation, coordinating with customers, builders, general contractors, and our production team, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities
- Preparing estimates for residential and commercial countertop projects
- Reading blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Managing projects from sale through final installation
- Coordinating with builders, contractors, homeowners, and vendors
- Ordering materials and tracking project schedules
- Working closely with our fabrication and installation teams to ensure successful project completion
- Resolving project issues and maintaining excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Previous experience project managing and estimating countertop projects is required
- Knowledge of granite, quartz, quartzite, marble, porcelain, and solid surface products
- Ability to read construction drawings and architectural plans
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
