Lead the retail operation at one of Alaska's premier visitor attractions. The Gold Dredge 8 Gift Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing staff, sales performance, merchandising, inventory processes, and daily operations for the Gold Dredge 8 Gift Shop. This position supervises retail staff, gift shop leads, and warehouse associates while ensuring an exceptional guest experience for thousands of visitors each season. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys developing teams, driving sales, maintaining high merchandising standards, and keeping operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This position will begin as a seasonal role, with the opportunity to transition into a year-round position based on performance and business needs.
