Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the chiropractor in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth operation within the clinic. Duties
- Assist the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments.
- Conduct patient assessments to gather relevant health information.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and wellness practices.
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and inventory management.
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Required
- Strong patient service skills to create a positive experience for all patients.
- Ability to perform patient assessments accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others achieve their health goals.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
