QuickBooks Desktop/Online Bookkeeper – this position requires strong accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger reconciliation maintenance, journal entries and troubleshooting skills. Lack of experience in a few key areas such a payroll, balance sheet related schedules, advanced inventory or job costing would be expected. Approximately 4-6 years of experience, a quickbooks certification in either desktop or online, or a general bookkeeping certificate would be typical prerequisites for this role.
