Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dependable mental health providers who are passionate about providing counseling to individuals and families.

Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic counseling services to children ages 5-21 and families in their home/community
- Complete treatment plans and progress notes in accordance with state and agency guidelines
- Communicate with case manager in case management and coordination of services
- Participate in ongoing assessment/evaluation meetings of the family’s treatment goals
- Consistent communication and follow ups with agency core support team and leadership
Qualifications:
- NJ License: LPC, LAC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, LAMFT
- Satisfactory completion of a comprehensive various background checks and professional references
- Reliable transportation
- Valid drivers license
- Prior Intensive In-Community (IIC) experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual a plus but not required
