Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including physical examinations and health assessments, to establish accurate diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that encompass preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters, update medical histories, and coordinate care seamlessly.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory work, medical imaging (e.g., X-rays, ultrasounds), and other procedures to inform clinical decisions.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance, lifestyle modifications, medication usage, and disease prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with specialists across various fields—including cardiology, endocrinology, dermatology, pulmonology, and others—to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and adhere to best practices in infection control and patient safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine.
- Post-residency experience in primary care or family medicine is required; experience in inpatient and outpatient settings is preferred.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for accurate documentation and care coordination.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare diagnosis procedures across multiple specialties including internal medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, and emergency medicine.
- Familiarity with diagnostic radiology, medical imaging techniques, laboratory testing procedures, and basic life support (BLS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism while demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional patient service.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
