We are seeking an exceptional candidate with the experience and energy to make an impact on our program and the people we serve. Our shelter program, Union Street Place, provides a safe and comfortable respite for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. During their stay of up to 90 days, we provide case management, people-centered, trauma-informed support, with life skills training opportunities and additional resources as needed. We recognize the people we serve are going through difficult journeys, and we do our best to show them kindness and continuity of care as we walk alongside them in our focus on guiding each person toward stable housing. This is challenging work — however, for the right person, the focus on our mission and client progress/achievement makes your soul happy!
We're looking for a Shelter Manager who leads with integrity, follows through on commitments, and holds themselves and their team to a high standard of accountability — someone who will join our positive, dedicated team and make a difference in our organization, the lives of the people we serve, and the community.
