Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive for breakfast service, providing friendly and efficient in-person customer service
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including setting up buffet stations and ensuring food presentation meets quality standards
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of food handling and serving etiquette
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures
- Support food safety management by following proper food handling protocols, including weight handling in the workplace and sanitation practices
- Assist with basic kitchen duties such as restocking supplies or assisting with catering or banquet setups when needed
Skills
- Proven experience in food service and hospitality
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitizing procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that energizes guests and colleagues alike
- Previous catering, banquet, or culinary experience is highly desirable for supporting diverse service needs
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and ensure seamless service delivery
Saturday and Sunday breakfast shifts begin at 5am.
