About Sticker Shuttle:
We are a small team of three currently (Justin, the owner; Tommy, the Production Manager; and Emily, our Production Assistant, and we're also hiring a Production Technician). We're growing fast and we're ready to add someone who will help us tell that story.
Currently, Justin has handled all of our content and has been having trouble keeping up with the consistency and we're ready to take content to the next level. He also has 15+ years of media experience with cameras, film, editing, etc.
We're looking for a Creative Content Producer to join us full-time. This is not a corporate marketing job. There's no brand committee, no approval chain, no PowerPoint decks. You'll be in the shop with us, camera in hand, capturing what it actually looks like to build a real business from the ground up and turning that into content that reaches hundreds of thousands of people.
You'll work directly with Justin to coordinate and execute our content operation across YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms while he focuses on the growth and scale of the business. You may use AI tools to work fast and stay consistent. Not to generate art, but to assist with editing videos, streamlining processes, reformatting long form to short form, etc.
We're not looking for someone who takes three days to edit one video. But also don't want to abuse the ease of AI.
If you've ever watched a founder build something in public and thought "I want to be the person behind that camera," this is that job.
What You'll Do
- Film and edit long-form behind-the-scenes YouTube videos documenting the real, unfiltered growth of Sticker Shuttle.
- Clip, caption, and post short-form content across Instagram Reels, TikTok, Threads, X, and YouTube Shorts from long-form footage
- Build and manage a weekly content calendar; come in Monday with a plan and bring ideas to the table and discuss with Justin
- Post, schedule, and manage content across all platforms; monitor performance and flag what's working.
- Keep the brand active and engaging on Instagram Stories every day, Justin does this as well.
- Update ManyChat automations when we run deals or promotions
What We're Looking For
- You've filmed and edited YouTube videos before. Your own channel, a friend's, a client's, we don't care, but you know what a good long-form video looks like and how to make one
- You edit fast. You're open to using AI tools to move quickly and stay consistent
- You have a feel for short-form. You know what makes someone stop scrolling in the first two seconds and you can pull that moment out of raw footage without being hand-held (this can also be trained, Justin averages 1 million views per month on Instagram)
- You understand that authenticity beats production value every time for this kind of content
- You're self-directed. You can show up Monday, assess what's happening in the shop that week, bring content ideas, and build a plan without waiting to be told what to film
- You're curious about business. If entrepreneurship, growth, and the behind-the-scenes of building something real genuinely interest you, you'll thrive here
- Reliable, on time, and takes ownership of their work
What You Don't Need
- A film degree or fancy gear. We have the equipment and you'll learn our setup
- Years of agency experience.
- To already know anything about stickers. We'll teach you what matters

- Send us a brief note about yourself and why this role interests you. If you have video work to share, a YouTube channel, Reels, or anything edited, include a link. We want to see how you actually think and shoot and edit. If you're just a hard worker who wants to be inside a real growing business and help tell that story, tell us that. We're humans, not robots. We cultivate growth here.
