Responsible for handling and preparation of food in accordance with sanitary regulations. Must be able to cook a variety of foods in large quantities. Must be able to work with meal schedules to ensure that meals are served on time. Must be self-motivated to clean as you are required to keep a clean and orderly kitchen and workstation.
