Pacifica Residential is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs in a timely and professional manner.
- Inspect vacated apartments and schedule necessary services and repairs.
- Complete special projects as may be assigned or prioritized by management/ownership.
- Complete and oversee preventative maintenance.
- Order parts and supplies/maintain inventory within company guidelines utilizing appropriate inventory control systems. Maintain shop(s) to standards to facilitate assessment of inventory.
- Possess working knowledge of HVAC systems as required to maintain, repair, and replace systems. Must be HVAC certified if required.
- Possess advanced knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry to be performed on vacant or occupied units.
- Pool/spa maintenance as required by jurisdiction or property.
Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in residential or multifamily communities.
- HVAC Certification is required.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Proven experience leading and supervising maintenance teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or some college coursework is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building maintenance.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and by phone or computer.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including frequent walking, standing, bending, climbing, using hand tools, driving, and working in varying weather conditions.
- Current First Aid certification is preferred or may be required, depending on the community.

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
