Bella Ballerina is looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized team member to join our fun, professional, and supportive studio this fall!
A background in dance, early childhood education, childcare, musical theater, or customer service is preferred, but formal dance training is not required. Reliable transportation is a must.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves working with children ages 18 months–10 years
- A self-starter who can work independently
- Friendly and confident communicating with parents and families
- Organized with excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable using social media and basic computer programs
Responsibilities include:
- Teaching children's dance classes
- Welcoming families and providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting with studio operations and front desk duties
- Managing class enrollments, phone calls, emails, and scheduling
- Creating and posting social media content
- Helping with marketing, community outreach, and events
- Assisting with recitals, camps, birthday parties, and special events
- Keeping the studio organized, clean, and running smoothly
