Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the facilities. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.

Assist in painting, landscaping, and other outdoor maintenance activities.

Assist with the routine maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any malfunctions.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe workplace.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in maintenance or general labor is a plus.

Familiarity with basic maintenance tools and equipment.

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.

Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new tasks.
