All Fleet Inc. is hiring a dependable Overnight Customer Experience Dispatcher for our 24/7 operations center in Winthrop Harbor, Illinois.
This position is for someone who is alert, responsible, and capable of delivering outstanding service without needing someone to stand over their shoulder.
Commercial drivers continue moving overnight. When they break down, you will be the person responsible for answering, organizing help, and keeping the customer informed.
Previous trucking and dispatch experience are not required. We will train the right person.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Answer overnight breakdown calls
- Gather accurate driver, vehicle, and location information
- Dispatch the closest qualified technician
- Track technicians as they travel to and work at the location
- Provide customers with clear and timely updates
- Help technicians obtain the information they need
- Monitor every open job and follow up on delays
- Review completion notes, photos, and documentation
- Prepare a detailed handoff for the morning team
THE RIGHT PERSON
- Genuinely enjoys working overnight
- Can remain focused throughout the entire shift
- Takes action without constant supervision
- Communicates confidently with customers and technicians
- Stays calm during emergencies
- Documents every important detail
- Recognizes when something does not look right
- Takes complete ownership of unresolved issues
- Is consistently punctual and dependable
This is not a position for someone looking for a quiet overnight desk job. Our customers need the same level of service at 2:00 AM that they expect at 2:00 PM.
SCHEDULE: Third Shift | 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM
LOCATION: On-site in Winthrop Harbor, IL
