This position involves the community’s marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, resident events, assisting with social media platforms, and other resources to achieve revenue goals, resident retention, and leasing goals.
What your day might look like
· Create & plan marketing strategies and establish sales activities with the leasing team; generate leads
· Play a key role in the lease renewal program; communicating and notifying residents and assisting with move-outs
· Prepare leasing documentation and complete move-in procedures
·Outreach and inhouse marketing to obtain resident retention and community leasing goals.
· You will report directly to the leasing manager and general manager for daily task of leasing and marketing.
· Daily lead follow up is required as well as answering phones to help residents. This might include inquiries and putting in work orders for the resident.
· Touring potential residents in our model apartments
What we are looking for
· Demonstrated ability in executing sales skills, generating leads and sales presentations
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectively
· Someone who works well in a team environment.
Must be available to work weekends.
