No Experience - CDL Class A Drivers
Location: Germantown, TN
We are hiring full-time CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional position out of Germantown, TN. Run consistent regional lanes throughout the North Central and South Central regions, with driver home base in Germantown, TN. Home once a week with a predictable schedule.

- Strong pay package - weekly earnings between $1,500–$1,700
- Weekly safety bonus eligibility - $100/week if available 5 days a week with no service failures or accidents

PAY:
- Average weekly pay: $1,500–$1,700
- Stop pay: $25.00
- Short haul pay: $40 for loads under 100 miles
- Weekly bonus: $100 (based on availability, service, and safety)
JOB DETAILS:
- Position: Regional Dedicated - Full-Time
- Freight: Dedicated Routes - Dry Van, Full Hand Unload
- Home Time: Once a week
- Schedule: Both day and night shifts, weekend work required
- Weekly mileage: 1,200–1,700 miles
EQUIPMENT:
- Dry van trailers
- Full hand unload equipment required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid CDL-A license
- Trainee or first-seat experienced drivers accepted
- Clean driving record
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Must reside within 100 miles of Germantown, TN
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely operate CDL-A truck on dedicated regional routes
- Navigate tight backing areas and night time driving
- Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD electronic logs
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip progress
