Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of commercial pool experience
- Proven experience with commercial pool projects
- Strong knowledge of commercial pool systems, equipment, and installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, schedules, and materials
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial pool construction projects from planning through completion
- Oversee schedules, subcontractors, materials, and daily project activity
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and project specifications are met
- Communicate with clients, vendors, field teams, and management
- Resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track
