As a Care Coordinator at Kitwood Health, you'll get the opportunity to work with patients and build real relationships while using your MA skills where they actually matter — in a growing specialty practice focused entirely on dementia and cognitive care.
What you'll do
- Administer digital cognitive screenings (in-clinic and remote)
- Own scheduling and chart prep for cognition-focused visits
- Document in EMR and track patients in our CRM
- Manage prior authorizations for testing and referrals
- Be the calm, clear point of contact for senior patients and families
What you bring
- Active CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification
- Primary care experience (3+ years preferred)
- EMR/EHR fluency and prior auth experience
- Comfort juggling multiple workflows independently
Preferred Experience
- Experience with cognitive/behavioral screenings
- Background in geriatric or dementia care
