Model and Drive Superior Service
Monitor the schedule and each department to ensure proper coverage to support business needs
Knowledge of emergency and loss prevention procedures (Alarm system, call list, etc.)
Communicate effectively with employees, customers, management, and officials
Function as the Leader on Duty
Compile weekly payroll and email to Corporate Office
Perform opening and closing procedures
Assist customer service department, sales floor and stockroom as needed
Plan weekly schedules for department associates
Gain and maintain knowledge of products within the store, respond to questions and make recommendations about other products
Stay current with present, future, seasonal, and special ads
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary working and shopping environment by adhering to Company safety procedures
Comply with all Company policies and procedures
Assist team members in other areas as directed by supervisors or management
