Position: Yard Laborer
· Assist with incoming and outgoing stone orders which includes:
o Palletizing and strapping material
o Organizing and moving material
o Counting & measuring material
· Ongoing project of sorting and palletizing cobbles from a large pile
· Clean the yard of all nails, wood, wraps, and garbage, the yard should always be presentable
· Machine operating experience is preferred but not necessary (forklift, skid steer, excavator, etc. to offload and load trucks)
· Participate in morning meetings to be aware of current projects
· Strong physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
· Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
· Effective communication skills to follow directions
· Teamwork and cooperation
· Time management and ability to prioritize tasks within daily work plans
· Adaptability to seasonal workload changes and variable outdoor weather conditions
· Safety-minded attitude and willingness to follow procedures and participate in safety training
