Matrix Construction, LLC is a busy commercial and residential remodeling company. Our teams work full time all year. The pay rate is based on your skill level and knowledge. There is room for advancement at Matrix based on your work performance and growth.
Responsibilities include management of bathroom remodel and tile installation projects and the team from start to completion. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years experience in tile installation and remodeling residential and commercial properties. The following are key characteristics:
Team leader - able to build strong working relationships with employees, build their skills and motivate.
Remodeling project planner - able to plan out material and labor as well as scheduling of work including sub-contractors.
Skilled in your trade - must know how to do all aspects of bathroom remodeling, including framing, drywall, flooring, painting, tile, trim, etc.
Troubleshooter - able to address challenges on projects and provide recommended solutions.
Quality and customer service focused
Full time employees are offered health insurance, including medical and vision, after 90 days of employment and start earning 5 sick/personal days per year upon hire.
In addition, foreman will start earning 40 hours of paid vacation time upon hire.
All sick, personal and vacation is accrued every pay period.
