Business Planning Administrator-Japanese Bilingual
Location: Hidalgo (McAllen Area), TX (On-site)

Join a global Japanese manufacturing company as a Business Planning Administrator supporting executive management and business planning operations.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Administrative Support who enjoy working with budgets, financial data, reporting, and cross-functional projects in an international environment.

Assist with budgeting, business planning, and financial reporting

Analyze operational and financial data and prepare reports for management

Support cost accounting data management and reconcile data discrepancies

Prepare presentations and business documents

Coordinate business planning activities, internal audits, and special projects

Communicate with headquarters in Japan and internal teams across the U.S.

Travel to manufacturing facilities in Mexico as needed (approximately 20%)
Required

Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)

Experience in accounting, finance, business administration, or administrative support

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
