About Guardian Restoration:
Guardian Restoration is a growing, woman-owned roofing and restoration company serving Louisville and the surrounding areas. We handle roofing, siding, gutters, water and fire restoration, remodeling, and insurance-related repairs.
We are looking for an experienced Roofing & Restoration Superintendent who can confidently take ownership of projects, lead crews and subcontractors, communicate with homeowners, and keep every job moving from start to finish.
Responsibilities
● Oversee roofing, restoration, and repair projects from scheduling through final completion
● Coordinate subcontractors, crews, materials, deliveries, permits, dumpsters, and inspections
● Perform regular job-site visits and ensure work meets company, manufacturer, and building-code standards
● Review project scopes, estimates, measurements, and production requirements
● Maintain accurate job notes, progress photos, completion documents, and project updates
● Communicate professionally with homeowners and keep them informed throughout the project
● Identify change orders, additional damage, or necessary supplements and report them promptly
● Monitor job costs, materials, schedules, workmanship, and overall project quality
● Enforce job-site safety requirements and ensure customer property is properly protected
● Complete final quality-control inspections and manage punch-list items
● Work closely with the office, sales, estimating, and production teams
● Resolve job-site problems quickly and professionally
Qualifications
● At least 3 years of experience in roofing, restoration, construction supervision, or project management preferred
● Strong knowledge of roofing systems and interior/exterior repairs
● Experience managing crews and subcontractors
● Insurance restoration and Xactimate experience is strongly preferred
● Ability to manage multiple active projects and changing priorities
● Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
● Comfortable using smartphones, email, project-management software, and photo documentation
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
● Ability to climb ladders, inspect roofs, walk active job sites, and lift materials when necessary
● Must be dependable, professional, and accountable

Schedule
● Monday through Friday
● Day shift
● Occasional evenings or weekends may be required depending on project needs
