We're looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team as an AT&T Customer Representative, someone who can deliver exceptional customer experiences, build relationships, and drive sales growth.
As an AT&T Customer Representative, you will serve as the face of AT&T in a retail setting, welcoming customers and using your friendly, professional approach to understand their needs, inform them about AT&T’s products and services, and support them in making the best decisions. In this role, the AT&T Customer Representative is responsible for customer service, relationship-building, and sales all while helping us deliver on AT&T’s reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Representative:
- Assist customers directly, actively listening to their needs and building genuine connections as an AT&T Customer Representative.
- Guide customers through AT&T’s products and service portfolio including wireless, internet, TV, and device plans, helping them make informed decisions and identifying opportunities for sales.
- Work closely with other AT&T Customer Representatives and the broader sales team to meet and exceed store sales goals and customer retention targets.
- Stay current on AT&T’s latest products, promotions, and plans to confidently present upgrades and new services tailored to customers.
- Collect feedback from customer interactions and share insights with leadership to help shape sales strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
- Participate in regular team meetings, contribute ideas, and take advantage of ongoing development opportunities.
Qualifications for the AT&T Customer Representative:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a professional yet approachable attitude.
- Strong attention to detail, dependable work ethic, and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and a drive to support sales objectives.
- Reliable transportation

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
