Maintenance Supervisor
The Top Restaurant & associated businesses are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Supervisor to help support the upkeep of our restaurants and properties.All candidates must posses a working knowledge of facility and equipment maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general repairs, and basic carpentry. Ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge in at least one of these areas. The ideal candidate enjoys diagnosing problems and taking ownership of repairs rather than waiting for step-by-step direction. This role requires both independent work and collaboration to ensure our businesses and facilities remain safe, functional, and well maintained.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs across Top-owned businesses and properties
Respond to and resolve maintenance requests in a timely manner
Diagnose and troubleshoot building, equipment, and facility issues
Coordinate and assign tasks to other maintenance team members as needed
Maintain clear communication with staff and management regarding maintenance needs and progress
Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe at all times
Physical Requirements
Ability to work on your feet, standing for most of the day
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work on ladders and perform physical repair work
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
Schedule
Flexible availability including occasional evenings or weekends as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in facility or property maintenance preferred
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or general repair required Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
Job Details
Pay: $18–$24 per hour (based on experience)
