Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms in the HVAC industry. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that align with company goals, utilizing tools such as Google Ads, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and marketing automation platforms.
- Manage website content using WordPress and other content management systems, ensuring optimal user experience and SEO best practices.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Design and execute social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Analyze web analytics reports using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics reporting tools to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content including copywriting, graphic design with Adobe Creative Suite, and video assets for diverse marketing channels.
- Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page enhancements, and user experience improvements on websites built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other technical skills.
- Manage email marketing campaigns by segmenting audiences, creating engaging content, and tracking performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Oversee paid search marketing efforts including Google AdWords campaigns to maximize ROI while maintaining budget efficiency.
- Coordinate social media management strategies to grow followers organically while executing targeted advertising initiatives.
- Implement website management tasks such as performance marketing setup, technical SEO adjustments, website updates, and troubleshooting via SQL or other backend tools as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM strategies, social media advertising campaigns, and analytics platforms.
- Technical proficiency in website management using WordPress; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with Google Tag Manager; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in content creation including copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop/Creative Suite), and multimedia production.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics or similar web analytics reporting tools to inform decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- B2B marketing experience is preferred; familiarity with e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills combined with a creative mindset focused on innovative digital solutions.
