We have amazing office staff and field staff that always give their best to help our patients make a full recovery.
Field position for LVN, will consist of the following and possible additional
duties:
*Visiting patients in the home setting to provide care
*Contacting patient to schedule appointments
*Completing visit notes on software KINNSER ( we provide training)
*Communicating/reporting with office manager or director of nursing in regards to changes in patients level of care
*Team oriented and ability to take on tasks independently
*We welcome clinicians with experience or recent graduates
*Qualities we look for this position: current active license, someone who takes initiative and works as part of a team, patient centered care, organizational skills, time management skills and clinicians open to learning new skills.
