We are looking for a Client Service Representative/Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be compassionate, able to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers, and MUST LOVE CATS!!!
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a Veterinary setting is required
- At least 1-2 years of previous veterinary customer service experience
- Prior experience providing exceptional client service both in person and over the phone in a professional setting is required
- Must love animals! Your love for pets should shine through in your care for their humans
- A sincere interest in the veterinary field and a desire to learn as much as possible to best assist clients and pets
- The desire to cross train and assist the care team in other areas of the practice
- The ability to juggle the bustle of a busy office. Answering phones, triaging patients, assisting clients in person and rocking it as a team member, all at the same time

- Sunday: CLOSED
- Monday: 7:30am-6:00pm
- Tuesday: 7:30am-6:00pm
- Wednesday: CLOSED
- Thursday: 7:30am-6:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am-6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
Compensation & Benefits
Our amazing team members can expect competitive pay! The starting rate for this position is $14 per hour, dependent upon education and/or experience.
