Position Overview:
As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive excellent service while also identifying and driving sales opportunities. You will play a vital role in supporting both our customer service and sales efforts to meet company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk in customers, providing product information, artwork guidance, and ensuring we meet customers deadlines.
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling, and cross-selling to enhance their experience and increase sales.
- Work closely with the sales team to track sales leads, follow up on potential sales, and support sales initiatives.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, finding solutions to ensure customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., art department, screen printing, embroidery) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer service targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to contribute to team success.
