We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate/Contract Attorney to join our legal team. This position offers a challenging opportunity to provide comprehensive legal counsel across a broad spectrum of corporate and contractual matters to dentists, physicians and veterinarians.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, with a proactive approach, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for providing stellar legal services to our clients. As a key member of our legal team, you will support strategic initiatives, draft and negotiate complex agreements, and advise on diverse legal issues to help drive our clients’ growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate mergers and acquisitions, as well as a wide range of commercial leases, employment agreements and construction contracts
- Provide legal guidance on corporate governance, compliance matters, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough legal research to stay current on relevant laws and regulations affecting healthcare professionals.
- Support litigation processes by preparing legal documents, managing case files, and coordinating with external counsel when necessary..
Skills
- Require 6-10 years of corporate experience, preferably in the healthcare field.
- Strong knowledge of diverse legal areas including corporate, commercial and contracts.
- Proven ability to draft clear and precise legal documents with strong writing skills.
- Possess effective negotiation skills to facilitate favorable outcomes while maintaining professional relationships.
- Experience in handling complex legal research projects within a busy environment.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
